From Software Builder to AI Adoption Partner

Diligenz was founded in 2023 by investment professional Torsten Steiner and software engineer Shay Ozeri. Our initial objective was to create a simple to use tool that could transform data-room documents into draft due-diligence reports for managers of alternative assets.

The prototype impressed users, yet every demonstration ended with a larger question:

“Excellent proof of concept, but how can we deploy AI safely across our entire company? How do we get there?

These repeating questions led us to broaden our focus. While we continued to refine the Diligenz Platform, we established an advisory practice that guides firms in developing policies, selecting use cases and training their teams. Today, we deliver advisory, training and strategic guidance, ensuring that AI delivers value from day one and remains compliant when auditors, regulators and limited partners take a closer look.
